Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Due to hygiene reasons, hair extensions must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Customers must contact us at orders@queenlizbeauty.co.uk before returning any item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
